If you mean if the fragrance of clover is a form of matter, then the answer is yes. The fragrance is a gas and gas is a form of matter. You can smell that clover because it has probably released some air molecules that have drifted into our nose. We make sense of the smells because of specialised sensory cells in our nose called olfactory sensory neurone, they are in a small postage stamp sized tissue at the top of the nasal passages behind our noses.
