Hi , friend !!!
square and Rhombus have same length if you considered the side of a square and rhombus is "a " in a particular situation .
the most common difference is that the length of a diagonal of a square is fixed ( or same ) , the diagonal of the length of a square is same.
but in Rhombus we can easily see that the length of the diagonal of rhombus is not same.
the side of square is at 90 degree , but the angle between the side of rhombus is acute angle which is less than 90 degree.
hence two criteria that shows that square and rhombus is not equal
hope it helps you !!
thanks !!

Heya !!
What is a quadrilateral ??
A quadrilateral is a four sided polygon.
What is a polygon ??
A polygon is a closed figure made up of at least three line segments.
Types of Quadrilaterals.
There are many types of quadrilaterals such as :
- Parallelogram ()
- Rhombus
- Square
- Rectangle
- Kite
- Trapezium
Here, we will discuss only Square and Rhombus.
Properties of a Square.
- All sides equal.
- All angles equal.
- Diagonals are equal.
- Diagonals bisect each other at right angles.
Properties of a Rhombus.
- All sides are equal.
- Opposite angles are equal.
- Diagonals are not equal.
- Diagonals bisect each other at right angles.
Differences and similarities between Square and Rhombus.
Clearly, there are two differences and two similarities between a square and a rhombus.
Similarities:
- All sides are equal.
- Diagonals bisect each other at right angles.
Differences:
- In a square, all angles are of 90°. In rhombus, opposite angles are equal.
- In a square, diagonals are equal. In a rhombus, diagonals are not equal.
Hope it helps !!
