We can also study these graphs and charts and predict the stock price by using our studies.

Fundamental Analysis is looking through the annual reports of the company and studying about the company deeply we can see all the profit of the company by looking at the annual report of the company we can also see how much money the owner of the company is taking from the total profits. We can also learn which are the places the company is investing in. Did the company invest any of its profits in the shares of other companies. Also we need to check if the company is giving a good amount of dividend for its share By studying all this we can predict if the company will do good in the future. If all the reports are good then the company is worth investing in and we can go ahead and readily invest in the company.
