Both talent and hard work go hand in hand. You have talent but you don't utilise it in the sense you don't work hard for It. On the other hand you work very hard but without talent of course you won't be able to achieve what you really wanted. Both scenarios conclude that both talent and hard work are necessary for the best outcome.
