The two mass are actually same but their numerical value are different. Atomic mass is depends on carbon-12 atom.

As a matter of fact, the mass of the element is not actual mass.
The actual mass is the one that refers to the standard mass.
It will be different from the atoms due to the neutrons and protons that are present in masses but in a negligible quantity.
