undoubtedly nope!The boiling point varies with variations in the temperature and pressure .If you put a glass of water in vaccum,it will abruptly fade away.Hence your answer is Noah!

No as the pressure of mountainous regions is higher than it is on earth.So the boiling point also varies.Hope this will help you.
