At sea level, atmospheric pressure is 14.7 psia and water boils at 212℉ (100℃).
At an elevation of 8,000 feet (2,438 meters), water boils at 197℉ (91℃) and pressure is 10.9 psia.
At an elevation of 10,000 feet (3,048 meters), water boils at 193℉ (89.6℃) and pressure is 10.1 psia.
