ACCORDING TO GENERAL CASTE PERSPECTIVE CASTE SYSTEM IS UNFAIR AND IT IS OBVIOUS UNFAIR BECAUSE A 80% RANKER FAILS TO GAIN RANK AND WHERAS 40% RANKER BECOME A HIGH RANK OFFICER.DUE TO CASTE SYSTEM ONLY GENERAL CASTE IS AFFECTED BECAUSE WE GENERAL CASTE PEOPLE DID NOT GET OPPORTUNITY.
