\textbf{Neutral}

Distilled water is pure water, so it don't have H + or OH - ions in it to show acidic or basic charcter respectively.

Also, if pass electricity through it, floe of charge can't be possible.

Distilled water is neutral in nature. That means it is neither acidic nor basic. The neutral nature of the distilled water can be easily verified with both blue and red litmus paper.

If a substance is acidic then it will turn blue litmus paper red and alternatively a base substance will turn red litmus paper blue.

But distilled water doesn’t change the colour of any litmus paper because it is neutral.
