Hi , there !!!

air does not come in pure substance because it does not made of single type of element or substance

air , comprise of many type of material present in it.

for example:-
dust particle , carbon dioxide , carbon monoxide, dust particle , water vapour, Nitrogen , Oxygen and many type of gases .

so it composed of many type of gases so it does not come into pure substance.

Instead of coming into pure substance it come in the category of mixture .

A pure substance is one which has the same composition throughout its body.

So, we can say that Air is \textbf{not a pure substance,} because Air shows that it has the composition of various gases at differnt level of concentration and in varying at differnt places.
