It is circular motion Which is denoted by Angular acceleration.

SwarupRaaj122: The direction of motion changes. So the velocity changes. And if the velocity changes then the body is in acceleration

hmmmmmm it's a nice piece of question,
This was also my doubt , but I had it cleared by my teacher.

So, he explained me that :-

Teacher: What is the definition of acceleration?

Me : I hope, rate of change of velocity.

Teacher: Exactly, then what is the motion in the fan going on?

Me : It is rotating.

Teacher: That I know :) but basically it is changing it's velocity at every point of it's motion.

Me : But how ?

Teacher: It's velocity at every point is tangent to that circle which you can observe during it's circular motion.

Me : That's quite complicated , but thanks for the explanation sir. :)

Hmmmm

So what's we can conclude from here is very much clear , I think so.

Thank you
