Is the time of sunrise and sunset constant throughout the year? Give reasons for your answer......please friends it is urgent......

no it is not constant as we know that days are shorter in winter and days are longer in summer ....it is because of the revolution of the earth around the sun in the elliptical orbit

No .its duration is depends upon the rotation of the earth
