only the mask of tutankhamun was made for him .....otherwise his whole pharoah outfit was generaly made for his step-mother, nefertiti. it is said that the mask is a real one made of gold but some egyptoligists are convinced that this mask was made in a hurry and thus is made of a cheaper metal.
