no because uniform means constant in constant motion there is no acceleration

when a body is moving in a circular path it is moving with constant speed but its velocity changes by time velocity change by time is equal to acceleration so hence we can say when a body is moving in a circular path then it is moving with constant speed but has accelerated velocity
