Juliete is all praise
about her villa. She describes it as a most delightful place. Though modest, it
has a charm of its own. She assures them they would feel so much at home in the
villa. She elaborates on the facilities such as, electricity, gas, water,
telephone, drainage. She also tells them about the bathroom's beautiful
fittings and the recent repairs done to the roof. The only exception according to Juliette is the garden, which is not very large.
