Is their any method to find out the angle of refraction if the angle of incidence is given in the case of a glass slab when light rays are entering the slab from air ?

Explanation:

rays go away from normal

vipulgoel63: I want to know whether we can find the value of angle of incidence if the value of angle of refraction is given .
vivekanandrai138: the angle of incidence and angle of emergence of a light ray falling on a glass slab are given then by applying Snell’s law we can get,

sinrsini=n1n2

sinesinr=n2n1
vipulgoel63: I am not asking about the angle of emergence , I am asking about the angle of refraction .
vipulgoel63: And by the way , angle of emergence is equal to the angle of incidence , then why to use Snell's law ?
