In a standard 52 card deck, there are 13 cards each of diamond and hearts ( which are red ), and spade and club ( which are black ). Each of these 13 has 1 Jack.
Hence there is 1 Jack in diamonds, 1 in hearts, 1 in spade and 1 in club, making for 2 red jacks and 2 black jacks.
