is there a gravitational force between two objects kept on a table or between you and your friend sitting next to you? If yes, why don't the two move towards each other?​

gravitational force is the attracting force in and it exists between any two bodies which have mass

yes it exist between these two bodies which you have mentioned in the question but their mass is too less to attract each other
