yes there is a relationship between size of organism and its life span if size of organism is large then it has many functional parts so it also had except of life
rather than in small organisms they have small size so their body organs are also short and small so they are weak so their life except is very low

There is no co- relation between life span and size of organism.
For example: Crow and parrot are not very different in body size yet their life span show a wide difference crow- 15 years and parrot- 140 years. Lifespan of much larger crocodile is about 60 years while that of tortoise is 100 years.
