try to share your thoughts with someone. never keep your thoughts limited to yourself. it's quite hard to tackle depression, anxiety. I am saying this because I personally have suffered from all these throughout my JEE preparation. I have done my coaching from Kota (aka suicide hub of India) and it's quite depressing to stay and study there. To tackle my negative thoughts I used to constantly talk to my parents and my roommates. If you are really depressed and want to share your thoughts anonymously you can try "YourDost" app. There are some professional counselor whome you can talk with that too without disclosing your identity.
