So you want to ask how the length of the ruler influences the frequency of vibration.? Right
Yes, There is a correlation b/w them.

Explanation ★

The frequency of the ruler Generated by the vibrations  is inversely proportional to the length of the ruler.

★ Correlation

correlation between the length of the free part of the ruler and the sound generated is

 f \alpha  \frac{1}{l}

Where f is the frequency and l is the length of the ruler.

This means that if the length of the ruler increase ,than the frequency of the vibration will decrease.

If the length of the ruler decrease then the frequency of vibration will increases .

Hope it Helps :-)
