Is there any such efforts for solid waste management taking place in your village town? how do you appreciate 4r principle?

People are being given awarness for not throwing waste any where. The bins are being provided so that we can keep our area clean. Stop dumping solid waste on empty plots. There must be panelty of someone does that. I really appreciate this effort because it keep my home my environment clean.
