the steps i have taken till now -

1. I don't become very happy or very sad at happiness or sadness moments....i always had same expression at every moments

2. i am trying to take participate in various functions or program held in school to increase my confident level........and self respect...

3. i always thinks twice before doing any work so that i can't forget anything..........
