Hi , there !!
no the freezing of water is a not type of chemical change.
as you know that the chemical change include the change in the property of substance from its origin.
but in the case of water if it is in room temperature it can be liquid.
so there is no any change in the property of water if it will be in solid form.
before it was made of H20 and after that it also made of H2O.
hope it helps you !!!
thanks !!
