Of course there is God.

if you want to prove of his existence then think that who has made the mankind,animals,earth,trees,marine life,nature etc. No human can make it. Plus God always bestows us and showers his blessings upon us when we do good things and gain his pleasure and reward. He dislikes things like lying,stealing or breaking someone's heart but as He is very merciful He always forgives us. In addition He is always ready to help us in our difficult times and accept our prayers and fulfills them. God is a sustaining and creative force.

Existence of god has been proven scientifically. It is a power or u may say energy that helps us retain our strength whenever we feel that we are about to give up. But it also depends on our beliefs.
