Is there only Earth that supports life , If there is another planet with life are there any humans like us present on that planet

Till this time, scientists are still trying. It is believed that life on Mars might exist since it has similarities like that of Earth.
For me, i believe that Humans or even aliens might exist because our milky way galaxy isn't the only galaxy which exists. There are millions of other galaxies in universe and whose to say that there won't be any planet with living beings on it.
