No . You must use reference books , if you want to score more :- Maths - R.D.Sharma
Science - Arihant books , English - Full marks or Arihant books ......

Hey mate......
Yes I agree that NCERT are important for boards but u can not rely only on ncert for board exams If u want to score very nice u need to refer other books too for best results......
