Ans :- yes . it is correct sentence. but I think "Sham" instead "Shyam" .


♣ we use "are" with plural noun.

♣ In this sentence, Ram and Shyam are two boys ....means two noun are available ..so we use are....


♣ other example :- Rita & Mita are singing well.
