According to Newton and Galileo, if we move from one inertial frame of reference to other physical quantity like time, length and mass doesn't change.
Modern physics :
According to Special relativity, time is different for different observers. If a body is moving with high speed then time can dilated.
Like if our velocity is same as light 299,792,458 m/s, time = 0.
Also general relativity gives a concept btw relation of time and gravitational attraction.
Time also slows down near black holes....
