Hey there!!

Yes of course.Though still we have just theories but this is sure possible in coming future.These are some ways-
Wormholes

These are bridges in space-time that connects different parralel universe.Theoretically we can travel through worm holes and it will lead us either to a parallel universe or may be multiverse.But still the prob is they r too small in size and collapse suddenly. If somehow we can enlarge it's entrance then may be we can travel to another parallel universe. In near future!!

Next is cosnmic strings
They r like cracks in space-time and can lead time travel.

But these are still theoretical.And we have to develop our tech to make this real.
