No because hindi is written from left to right but urdu is written from right to left.
Also hindi is used and spoken by hindi people , native of india whereas urdu is associated with pakistans and muslims.

Hindi is written in the script Devnagri whereas Urdu is written in the script Arabian. Hindi is the new form of the language Sanskrit. In the olden days, Sanskrit was spoken by all the people on the earth according to Hindu Mythology.
Urdu was developed when the Mughals came to India. The army people were from different regions of India, no one could understand what was the other saying. So In order to avoid this confusion, they developed a new language Urdu which later became the official language of the Mughals.
Yes, some words of Urdu are adopted in Hindi.
So it creates a confusion whether they are same or not.
