Water itself is not nutritious. It's just plain Hydrogen and Oxygen. Certain organic and inorganic matters do exist in water which may come from various sources. Generally, drinking water has permitted amount of fluoride, chloride etc. These are essential minerals that our body require in very minute amounts. So, during the process of treatment of water for the purpose of public supply, the minerals are added. But too much of these nutrients might make the water unsuitable for drinking.
