No, wavelength is a scalar quantity.
Look at the formula for wavelength ,
λ = speed of light / frequency of that wave
Here in right hand side of the equation both quantities are scalar so by this left side of this equation is also scalar quantity i.e. λ(wavelength) is also scalar.
Or you can see by the definition of wavelength , it is the "distance" between two consecutive crest or trough since "distance" is always scalar. So, wavelength is also scalar.
