Let Isha's monthly income be x
thus,
her expenditure = 93℅ of x
= 93/100 × x
= 0.93x
now Isha's savings = Income - Expenditure
thus, Savings = x - 0.93x
= 0.07x. _______(1)
but her savings = Rs. 2625 _______(2)
thus, from (1) and (2). we get,
0.07x = 2625
thus, x = 2625/0.07
x = 2625 × 100/7
x = 37,500
thus, her monthly income is Rs. 37,500
thus, Isha's monthly income is Rs. 37,500.....
