A bimolecular elimination reactions will take place between Isobutyl Chloride and Sodium Ethoxide ,in this reaction two atoms are eliminated at a time in a single step and the rate of reaction depends on the concentration of nucleophile and substrate. This chemical reaction will be a second order reaction followed by the yielding of  ISOBUTENE along with NaCl and Ethanol (C2H5OH) as by products.
