ANSWER

⇒ let α and β are roots.

⇒ α=−5,β=9

⇒ Sum of the roots =α+β=−5+9=4

⇒ Product of the roots =α.β=−5×9=−45

⇒ x

2

−(α+β)x+(α.β)=0

⇒ x

2

−(4)x+(−45)=0

∴ x

2

−4x−45=0

∴ Required quadratic equation is x

2

−4x−45=0
