let p(x) = 7x - x 3 - 6

now 1 is a zero

so

now we divide PX by x minus 1 so when we divide PX by by x minus 1 we get X square + X - 6 so now when we factorise X square + X - 6 so the factors came out to be + 3 x minus 2 X so now from x square and 3X the common is X so X + 3 and from - 2 x 3 - 6 x minus 2 X + 3 now we get x minus 2 is equals to zero X is equals to 2 and X + 3 is equal to zero X is equals to minus 3 which are the other zeros of the polynomial
