a) Water is not used to control fires involving electrical equipment because water is a good conductor of electricity. When used over such equipments,it can conduct electricity and cause harm to the persons trying to douse fire.

b)LPG is better than wood because it doesn't cause any pollution.

It burns readily and doesn't leave any residue.

c)Paper itself catches fire easily because its ignition temperature is low.But when wrapped around aluminium, its ignition temp increases ..

c. the ignition temperature of paper is so less so it catches fire easily ..it does not catch fire when a paper wrapped around an aluminum pipe because aluminum absorbs the heat,so paper does not attain its ignition temperature
