It does matter. This sentence is now changed into an affirmative sentence.

1. An affirmative sentence is also known as an assertive sentence or any type of affirmative proposition: "The Socrates is running”, “This woman is running” all are affirmative sentences where the essential subjects and vital subjects are actively present there with positive and good attitudes and doing something great, and further it makes a meaningful and proper statement with a lot of positivity about the noun which is still ongoing.

2. Let us take a few examples for affirmative sentences-

# It rains a lot in Delhi.

# She lives in Paris.

# Please lend me your fork.

# She always forgets her handbag.

# We have a cash flow issue.

# A river always flows through the valley.
