When hair is pulled, the nerves in the head gets pulled along with it, as hair does not have nerves. The head nerves transmit this pain signal to the brain, so we feel pain.
But during a haircut or a shave, the nerves of our body are not disturbed. So we do not feel pain.
I am telling only that I know, K?
