it hurts when someonee pulls your hair.but it does not when you go for a haircut or your father shaves his beard. why?

When hair is pulled, the nerves in the head gets pulled along with it, as hair does not have nerves.The head nerves transmit this pain signal to the brain, so we feel pain.
But during a haircut or a shave, the nerves of our body are not disturbed.So we do not feel pain.
