1. Concave mirror form a virtual and erect image, when object is placed at a distance less than the focal length of the mirror. So, Object should be placed between the pole and focus of concave mirror that is at a distance less than the 12 cm from the mirror.
2. The image will be larger than the object.

An erect image is formed by a concave mirror only if the object is placed between the pole and the focus...
In this case the image will be erect, virtual and lager than the object.
So the range should be from 0cm to 12cm away from the mirror.
