Sewage water pollution is a deadly threat to rivers since it started to kill animals habitats which are located in the river or beside it which also means less food for people to eat. Furthermore, there are lots of diseases that are caused of that and the most famous ones are: cholera and diarrhea. The smell of the sewage water pollution can infect the air and cause environmental issues such as health-related. According to all this facts about it, is not a really good idea to use it for irrigation because it pollutes the air even more and kills plants, animals and even people.
