Dear Jatin:

I hope this letter finds you in good fettle. I am writing to share with you something good I did last week. It was middle of night when I was woken up by persistent ringing of the bell. My family woke too. On opening the gate we found the auntie from the neighbourhood standing at the gate. She was crying. She told us her husband was seriously ill. He was suffering from an unbearable pain in the stomach. She requested my dad to help her take him to the hospital. I immediately took the car out and helped the moaning uncle into the car. His condition was really critical. My dad and auntie accompanied me to the hospital. At emergency the uncle was given first aid. The doctors arrived and the medical tests confirmed appendicitis. The doctor praised us for acting promptly. He said if we would have delayed in bringing him to the hospital, the appendix would have burst. Now uncle is quite well. He has been discharged. I felt so good that I could help someone! The rest is fine. Give regards to uncle and aunt.

Yours sincerely,

Gibran
