Sublimation is the process of transformation of solid substance directly into vapor state. This transformation takes place directly without being convetrted into liquid intermediate.
The sublimation process requires high energy or temperature for the transformation to vapor and thus the falsk also get red hot become difficult to handle with bare hands such as needed tongs or cloth to lift it.
