Try to understand .
Those organ which have same basic structure but different functions are called homologous organ . this homologous organ also provide evidence for evolution.
for ex the forelimbs of man , frog , bat ... built from the same basic design of bones but they perform different functions .like human used it for grasping where as lizard use for running . this tells that a human and lizard , all have evolved from a common ancestor who have had basic design of the organ on which all the others homologous are based. this tells that all have one common ancestor.

it is very well to say that as by studying d structure of a bat wing and human arm we can mark some similarities in bone structure. Like human , bats have a forearm and 5 fingers segmented in same fashion. Though these structures looks dissimilar but have some different functions.There are many different structure with same functions eg. ANALOGOUS ORGANS ..
