Pholem- This tissue helps in the transportation of food from leaves to other parts of the plants.

Xylem- This tissue helps in the transportation of water from roots to other parts of the plants.

Phloem :-- It is a vascular tissue in plants which conducts sugars and other metabolic products downwards from the leaves.

Xylem :-- It is a vascular tissue in plants which conducts water and dissolved nutrients upwards from the root and also helps to form the woody element in the stem.
