It is difficult to burn heap of leaves but dry leaves catches fite . Give reason

because green leaves have moisture on it so it not allow catch fire but dry leaves not have moisture so it allows to catch fire

Because green leaves or hump of leaves contains moisture and thereby making it difficult or burn
