Potential resources are those resources which quality and quantity is known but they are not used now they are keeping for future generation. Example uranium mince in ladak district in Jammu and Kashmir. But developed resources are using for the national development of the country. E.g. iron mines in chhotanagpur, and keonjhar odisha are called developed resources.
