It is very difficult to keep track of the company's progress if we do not have any data recorded. The data enables us to monitor the proceedings closely and later analyze them. It helps us in figuring out what is lacking in the organisation and  what steps can be taken in order to replenish the company's progress. This can be done by taking attendance of employees and maintaining a track so we know our complete work fore is at work. A milestone can be given to each and later monitored if it is being accomplished or not. The company can give motivational seminar and workshops to enhance importance.
