it is easier to cut with a sharp knife than with a blunt one,explain?

t cuts better because it is sharper. the force exerted on it is greater than it would be if it was blunt. The area on the tip of the blade is small meaning the pressure exerted is all at the end of the tip making it easier to use.

The surface area of sharp knife is lesser then blunt knife thus the pressure on the cutting object will be more thus it can cut easily
